Ordered two bottles of conditioner on 7/11/23. $30 charge to credit card on 7/12/23. Shipped on 7/29/23. Arrived days later. Upon opening the box, discovered only ONE bottle had been sent, loosely wrapped in bubble wrap, which had leaked during shipping. No reply to email sent to customer service address, and no phone customer service at number listed in order email. VERY UNHAPPY customer. Buyer beware!! The shipment came with the bubble stop which leaked all over & got the box soaked in the corner. It had dried & hardened in crystals on the outside of the bottles. The 2nd shipment was good as have been in the several years I've been ordering here. I do suggest they pack in zip-lock bags separately so it doesn't leak all over everything.
