Most of our products ship via FEDEX. Please allow 72 hours (3 business days) to process your order. Once your order has been processed it is carefully prepared for shipping. Your items(s) will arrive between 4 and 8 business days after leaving our warehouse, depending on how close you are to the shipping location. All items purchased from BoydWaterbeds.com include FREE shipping!

If your order contains the optional Softside Wood Foundation, the entire order will ship via a freight carrier of our choice. If your order is being shipped via common freight carrier, please allow an additional 2-3 weeks for delivery after leaving our facility. Once your merchandise arrives at the delivery agent's pick-up location they will call you to set up a delivery appointment. Most delivery companies offer appointment windows (usually 2-4 hours) between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm EST, Monday through Friday. Orders containing the optional Softside Wood Foundation are shipped via LTL carrier, and free delivery via LTL carriers only includes delivery to the curbside. If you do not accept delivery during your appointment window you will be responsible for any additional re-delivery charges.
