No Hassle Return or Exchange Policy
To make your shopping experience as trouble free as possible BOYD FLOTATION offers a 30 DAY RETURN POLICY with NO RESTOCKING FEES! The item must be unopened, unused and in its original packaging. Our water mattresses are shipped vacuum packed. This vacuum must be intact, with no water having been put in mattress.
Return Process
In the event of a return, you must call a Customer Care Specialist at 1-866-926-2693 and obtain a Return Authorization number. You are responsible for the return shipping charge. Please purchase tracking when you send your product back. You will be responsible in the event of a lost or damaged package. We ask that you send your package to us by UPS or FEDEX - If you select to use the post office, you must purchase delivery confirmation. Purchase enough insurance to cover the value of your return. Include the RA number on the outside of the package. Send all returns to the following address:

All of the BOYD FLOTATION hardside and softside waterbeds have individual warranties.
