You find out how good a company is when there is a problem: Initially the wrong product was shipped. I emailed the company that evening and a replacement was shipped out the next day. The correct product fits well. (Not perfect, since it is about 20 years newer than our softsided waterbed, but fits well enough to work.) We were worried we would not be able find a replacement.

NEEDED TO REPLACE 20 YR OLD LINER.. PLEASANTLY SURPRISED TO FIND THIS LINER WHICH FIT EXACTLY. THE SIZING DIAGRAM WAS VERY HELPFUL IN GETTING THE RIGHT SIZE. (Posted on 8/29/2016)
