I ordered this mattress from them and received it quickly and it was great. Then our frame broke and popped a hole in it. So I ordered another one. They sent the wrong mattress. It took awhile for us to repair the frame and I didn't open the box until after it was too late to return it. I received one of the Contura mattresses and it was the most uncomfortable thing to sleep on. I hated it. So I ordered another one and its the wrong mattress too. It has barely any foam inside and is Not 90% waveless. It's as bad as the Contura was to sleep on. It's not just that I keep getting the wrong mattresses, but that I was charged for this one and the ones that I have received are cheaper. I have tried contacting the company about this issue many times now and I have not received any response! So now that I have wasted time and about $600 I will be going with a different company from now on, and I will be sure to tell everyone I know Not to buy from this company! It's a waste of money!!! I ordered this mattress for my oldest brothers waterbed. He has had this bed for 30 years. Only second mattress ever purchased for this bed other than the one it came with originally .

Had a leak, took a chance on line, del to me (FedEx) in 5 days not bad, Had help getting old mattress out it weighted a ton, Installed new one myself it just unfolded and fell right into place added water & chemicals and was done (and I'm 75 years old) Great service and give 4 thumbs up. My waterbed mattress sprung a leak after probably 35-40 years. Needed a mattress right away and this seemed like a great price for a good mattress. It took a little longer to get it than I wanted but it came in perfect condition and I absolutely love it. Not a lot of movement when you move around on it and the price was good.
