This liner worked well for us, fit was good and was well designed. Previous liner edge would move over time from sitting on the edge of the bed, This one had a contoured lip that fit snugly over the soft sided frame. (Posted on 4/26/2018) - Great bed, poor customer service Review by Robert

I finally got my entire order, but it was a painful ten days sleeping on the floor. I called and left multiple messages on their voicemail, none of which were ever returned. When I finally spoke with someone he was gruff and surely with me. They had no communication between the sales office and the warehouse. My order was shipped incomplete and it took forever to get it resolved. Yes BOYD makes great beds, but their customer service leads a lot to be desired.
