The shipping took longer than I expected. I love the mattress although it has more movement that I would like. All and all the price and shipping was way less than other sites that I viewed. Now that we have it the bed is very comfortable. The problem was getting it. We ordered it and it took almost a month to get here. We were understanding that it would only take about 5 business days. We called twice and talked to people who said it was on the way. If you are in a hurry because you sprung a leak like we had, I would buy it elsewhere. (Posted on 4/15/2018) - I have owned waterbeds for a long time now. I owned a Watrbed Store at one time. and I have slept on several good beds. Now I believe I won the best one I ever owned.
