WARRANTY TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

This Lifetime Warranty applies to your hardside mattress or softside mattress bladder purchase only. This warranty does not cover the softside mattress, foundation or any accessories. Replacement value is based upon the manufacturer's suggested retail price of the hardside waterbed mattress (or, if the mattress is no longer in production, a comparable substitute) or softside waterbed mattress bladder at the time of your warranty claim. Terms:

1.All terms and conditions of manufacturer's warranty must be met for any warranty extension to be valid.

2. This agreement is not transferable. Replacement under warranty refers back to the date of original purchase for future warranty considerations.

3. Original invoice must be presented with Agreement prior to service.

4. The warranty described herein does not in any way extend to consequential damages.

5. Boyd Flotation has the option to repair or replace the products covered in this agreement. Warranty applies to normal residential use only.

6. Products covered under this warranty are subject to the same terms and conditions as the original manufacturer's warranty.

7. This warranty requires the customer to return the valve and hang tag only of the warranted product to Boyd Flotation Customer Service freight prepaid at the address listed below. Please contact a Boyd Flotation Customer Care Specialist at 1-866-926-2693 for complete warranty claim requirements and a Return Autorization (RA) number prior to shipment of any defective product for a Lifetime Warranty claim. Items recieved without an RA number cannot not be processed.
